Hello,

My company use mysql that runs on UNIX based server, and I work with
ODBC (I use Microsoft Access, OS Windows 9Cool. I didn't have any problems
with it till recently when I installed Microsoft Office 2000, and it
looks to me that the ODBC driver I downloaded from your web site does
not support the new Office software.
Anyhow, I tried to find the answer on your web site, but haven't got any
success in it, so I found this email address and I sincerely hope that
someone will help me. If my message has been sent to the wrong address,
I apologize up front and in that case, please tell me who should I
contact.

Thanks
Regards,
Ned.

Hello Ned,

Can you please send a complete bug report (or as good bog report as
possible) to us, so that we would be able to recreate the situation on
our machines? We don't have MS Office 2000, but we can try to find out
what the problem is. Please read the section 'How to report bugs or
problems' from the manual; it is meant to give instructions about
making a good bug report. It is very important to state it in the
mail, if you get any error messages while trying to use the ODBC.
(The exact error messages)

Regards,

- Jani
