|
|
I have a issue with EVentum where I have hundreds of issues that remain
open, and need to be closed in one mass swoop. I don't want to delete
them because the information containted in them is slightly important.
Anyway, does anyone have a script handy that can do this? I'm not an
expert in SQL to say the least, and looking at it all, I get a bit
lost..
Thanks in advance..

Hi Robert,
If you permissions are high enough, you should have access to the bulk
update screen. I am not sure if close is an option, though.

Its not. :(
I can change who it's assigned to and whatnot, but that's not an option.
Back to the drawing board I suppose.... or closing them all by hand. :(

Change the status you want to set them to to not repersent a closed
issue (in the admin interface). Use the bulk update tool, change the
status back to representing a closed issue.
Hope that helps.
