Hi,

I've got the auto create succesfully working, but what I really need is
the ability to update an issues status automatically when customer
replies to the issue again.

Is this possible?

Cheers

Because all the statuses in Eventum can be customized this isn't
included by default. Internally we use the workflow API to add this
functionality. Information on the workflow API can be found on our wiki,
http://eventum.mysql.org/wiki/index.php/Main_Page

If you need it I can send you the code we use internally.

Best Regards,
