Hello,
I am sorry to bother you guys again, but am fairly new to the IT field, plus it is the first time am trying such a software so have a few questions for all you gurus:
Is there any kind of chat integration option available with Eventum. I just thought it would be a nice way for developers to interact, if somehow through customizable API's or something one could integrate a chat thingy.
Also does a user need to sign up to create a trouble ticket. For example if a customer just comes to my website, and wants to send a trouble ticket, does he need to register, and if he does is the process automated. I just want him to have rights to create a ticket, view his tickets, and edit his tickets.
Can users have different access level per project.
I am sorry to ask too many questions, it is my first time using such a software and also new to the technical field.
