I've been working on getting the Email routing working with Eventum, and I've hit a wall at the part of the installation where you edit the virtusertable for Sendmail.

The instructions say to enter

Eventum_issues (AT) yourdomain (DOT) com eventum_issues%3

I'm not sendmail guru, but I plugged this into my table and rebuilt the db and it didn't work as advertised.

So I went looking into the syntax and the first thing I noticed is that that line seems to be backwards...with the local account on the left and the "wildcarded" accounts on the right.

SO, basically I'm asking if anyone can explain to me in some simple English how this line is supposed to look and what exactly how the wildcard does what it does (I already understand what it is supposed to do).

I saw a lot of %1, %2, %3 stuff in the articles I was reading...but not enough examples to really understand.

Oh, and right below the sendmail routing setup in the eventum wiki...it begins to talk about Plussed Users (which I assume is the +* stuff I've been seeing), but that part of the wiki entry just ends mid sentence...

Thanks,
