It turns out every row associated to that account, in the support_email table got deleted. Has anyone done the same thing and recovered the email somehow? If you copied the raw data file there is a chance that some of the data can be recovered but it really is beyond my level of expertise. It certainly is not something simple. As a support, maybe the data in the history tables could help. Another idea I had (was just a quick thought) was to re-send everything in support_email_body to the mailserver, and then have Eventum do some magic associate everything again to the issues...
