|
|
Hello everybody
So here's the situation:
A user with admin-rights deleted the email account for a project with
about 2000 emails. It turns out every row associated to that account, in
the support_email table got deleted.
Has anyone done the same thing and recovered the email somehow?
Oh, and BTW, database backups is not an option...

There is no way to do this from an Eventum level.

shame What is the table type? If you copied the raw data file there
is a chance that some of the data can be recovered but it really is
beyond my level of expertise. It certainly is not something simple.

Hi
Since the mail-body is left in the table support_email_body I was
thinking about creating some script that could re-create the content in
support_email. As a support, maybe the data in the history tables could
help.
Another idea I had (was just a quick thought) was to re-send
everything in support_email_body to the mailserver, and then have
Eventum do some magic associate everything again to the issues...
I wouldn't bet money on this method but does anyone think it's worth
investigating this method?
