Hi,

We'd like to use Eventum to manage software change requests internally.
We're using the feature "Email Routing Interface". So users can send emails
to issue31+@eventum.xxx.xxx and have the email forwarded on to everyone on
the notification list.

We'd like all developers to see emails for all change requests (not just the
developer that has been assigned the issue). This is quite easy .. we can
add an group email address to the notification list. But we'd also like
anyone (in the company or anyone at all perhaps) to be able to reply to this
issue E.g anyone in the company should be able to reply to
issue31+@eventum.xxxx.xxx and have the email sent on to everyone on the
notification list.

Is there any way to either remove the requirement for authorised repliers or
add "*@domain.com" to the authorised repliers list for every issue
automatically?

I suppose the ideal situation would be:

For every issue created:

developer_email_list (AT) domain (DOT) com is automatically added to the distribution
list
*@domain.com is automatically added to the authorised replier list

Thanks for any help !

Alistair

Hi,

So as not to waste anyone's time .. I've been able to remove the requirement
for an authorised replier by editing "class.authorized_replier.php".

Any hints on automatically adding an email to the distribution list of each
issue would still be appreciated.

Kind Regards

Alistair

I have added an example to our wiki here:
